Hyjal and Deepholm

I see a common theme here with people being unable to complete quest chains. In the 2 zones I've been in so far, Hyjal and Deepholm, there are problems with being unable to continue quest chains.acheter wow po Part of the problem is NPC placement where quests will become available from NPC that are placed away from other NPCs for whom you are doing quests. This was especially obvious in Hyjal where people were constantly complaining about being stuck at 72 quests done.

Now I see there appear to be problems in other zones. How did this happen considering that this problem was nonexistent in WotLK?
