PVP and PVE servers mix in instanced content. If one side levels faster than they other, there is a disadvantage. There already is a disadvantage in the fact that we are playing the game more than PVE players as is. The game being the WAR between 2 factions. Just because one type of player opts to omit the WAR from World of Warcraft shouldn't give them the right to fly and level faster.
