the game doesnt need to be fixed. If your sick of waiting in queue for heroics (like I am...my level 85 DK is dps and I wait almost for 40 minutes) then join a guild and do a run with guildies! or world of Warcraft You get achievements for that now you know. Or do something else while you are waiting for the queue. If you log on just to do dungeons repeatedly for gear and do nothing else, I'm sure you could do daily quests or level up professions while waiting in queue. At least, thats what I do.
