I absolutely think there should be more customization

Au contraire, mon frere. I absolutely think there should be more customization options available in game, but those options shouldn't come at the cost of recognizable origin. Dyes sacrifice that aspect, and it's far more damaging to include them in the game than not. The same goes with appearance slots and whatever other terrible wow gold online ideas have been trotted out over the years. The much better option is to provide more customization routes via separate items, which WoW does somewhat well most of the time. Certainly better than past games, for sure, but I think it's an area they could still strive to be better in.
